Humanizer PRO (texthumanizer.pro) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our text humanization service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Text Content: The text you submit for humanization processing is temporarily collected to provide the service.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and other details you provide.
• Usage Statistics: We track the number of words processed, humanization requests made, and other usage metrics to improve our service and provide analytics in your dashboard.
• Authentication Data: Session tokens and authentication credentials are stored securely for account access and security purposes.

Google Docs Add-on

The optional Google Docs add-on accesses only the document currently open in Google Docs. It sends only text you select and submit, together with the requested humanization goal or AI-style signal check, to Humanizer PRO. It does not retrieve the rest of the document, access Drive, or change the document until you explicitly choose to replace the same selection.

Successful humanizations may appear in your private account history until you delete them or request account deletion. AI-style signal checks are processed to return a result and are not added to your account history.

Humanizer PRO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: Text is processed through our humanization service only to fulfill your request.
• Account Management: Email addresses are used for account verification, password recovery, and account-related communications.
• Usage Tracking: Usage statistics help us monitor service performance, enforce fair usage limits, and provide you with accurate dashboard analytics.
• Service Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized data helps us improve our humanization algorithms and user experience.
• Security and Compliance: We use information to prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Retention

• Processed Text: Text submitted for humanization is processed transiently and is not permanently stored, except when you save items to your account history (if available in your plan).
• Account Data: Your account information and usage history are retained while your account remains active. When you delete your account, associated data is removed from our systems.
• Usage Statistics: Aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics and improvement purposes, but is not tied to your personal identity.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our platform:

• Rephrasy API: Text is sent to Rephrasy's servers for humanization processing. Your text is processed according to their privacy practices.
• ZeroGPT: Text may be sent to ZeroGPT's service for AI detection analysis when you use the scan feature.
• Stripe: Payment information is processed securely through Stripe for subscription and credit purchases. We do not store credit card details.
• Supabase: User authentication and account data are managed through Supabase's secure infrastructure.
• Google Workspace: The optional Google Docs add-on is limited to the document currently open and the selected text you explicitly submit.
• Microsoft Clarity: Consent-based analytics help us understand and improve the public product experience.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• Regular security audits and updates
• Limited access to personal data by authorized personnel only

10. Compliance and No Extraneous Data Collection

Humanizer PRO collects only the minimum data necessary to provide our service. We do not:

• Sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Run behavioral analytics on credential-bearing or private workflow routes
• Collect behavioral data or browsing history
• Share data with advertisers or data brokers
• Use dark patterns to encourage unwanted data sharing

11. Chrome Extension Data Practices

The Humanizer PRO Chrome extension reads only the text you select or paste after you ask it to rewrite that text. Because users can submit free-form text, the selected or pasted content may include website content, user-generated content, personal communications, or personally identifiable information when the user chooses it. The extension does not continuously inspect pages, collect browser history, or read unrelated page content.

To provide the requested rewrite, the extension sends selected or pasted text over HTTPS to Humanizer PRO. The service may use the processors described in the Third-Party Services section above to deliver that request. The extension keeps your Humanizer PRO session and selected writing preferences in Chrome extension storage; a selected draft may be held temporarily in session-only storage while the popup opens.

Extension data is used only to provide or improve the requested rewrite, maintain account access and word-balance limits, and protect the service. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or transferred to data brokers. The Humanizer PRO Chrome extension's use and transfer of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
